Voting Policy

This Voting and Anti-Manipulation Policy (“Policy”) governs voting participation, audience engagement, score integrity, anti-abuse controls, eligibility standards, result administration, fraud prevention, and related activities connected with competitions, campaigns, audience interactions, ranking systems, and digital experiences operated through the FURY™ platform by Elycrox Global Ltd. (“FURY”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Policy forms part of and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, KYC Policy, Official Competition Rulebook, Contestant Participation and Release Agreement, Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any Competition-specific requirements.

Participation in voting activities, audience engagement features, ranking mechanisms, or Competition interactions constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

• PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLES

• The purpose of this Policy is to preserve the integrity, credibility, fairness, transparency, and lawful operation of voting and audience participation activities across the Platform.

• Voting activities are designed to support Competition engagement and shall not be interpreted as gambling, wagering, betting, gaming of chance, or investment activity.

• Competition outcomes may be determined through a combination of factors depending on Competition design, including: • skill evaluation; • judging criteria; • performance assessment; • audience participation; • eligibility requirements; • compliance review; • operational verification.

• Voting is intended to enhance engagement and shall not automatically determine Competition outcomes unless expressly stated.

• DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Policy: “Audience Participant” means any person who participates in voting, reactions, ranking activities, engagement mechanisms, audience challenges, or related Platform interactions.

“Competition” means any contest, challenge, campaign, tournament, event, or activity administered through the Platform.

“Manipulation” means conduct intended to distort legitimate Competition outcomes, audience activity, rankings, voting integrity, engagement metrics, or Platform operations.

“Vote” means any valid interaction recognised by the Platform as contributing to audience engagement, evaluation, progression, ranking, or Competition administration.

“Voting Period” means the official period during which voting activity is recognised.

• NATURE OF VOTING

• Voting formats may vary between Competitions.

• Voting mechanisms may include: • free voting; • paid voting; • limited voting allocations; • weighted participation models; • multi-stage audience engagement; • verified participation models.

• Voting rules applicable to a specific Competition shall be communicated through Competition materials.

• The Company reserves the right to modify voting mechanics where reasonably necessary to maintain operational integrity.

• ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE

• The Company may establish eligibility requirements before permitting participation in voting.

• Eligibility requirements may include: • account registration; • identity verification; • device verification; • payment confirmation; • location controls; • age requirements; • compliance checks.

• Voting rights are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise approved.

• The Company may restrict participation where eligibility cannot reasonably be verified.

• VALID VOTES

• A Vote shall only be recognised where all applicable operational requirements are satisfied.

• Votes may be rejected, delayed, adjusted, excluded, suspended, or invalidated where irregularities are identified.

• The Company shall determine final recognition of Votes acting reasonably and in accordance with operational standards.

• Submission of a Vote does not guarantee inclusion in final calculations.

• VOTING LIMITS AND CONTROLS

• The Company may apply limits to preserve fairness and operational stability.

• Limits may apply by account, participant, device, payment method, session, household, location or campaign.

• The Company may introduce additional restrictions where unusual behaviour is detected.

• PROHIBITED CONDUCT

• Users shall not directly or indirectly engage in conduct intended to manipulate voting integrity, otherwise referred to as prohibited conduct.

• Prohibited conduct includes artificial inflation of engagement, automated voting, bot activity, multiple account abuse, vote farms, account sharing, identity circumvention, mass registration schemes, payment abuse, false engagement, misleading promotions, use of scripts or automation tools, collusion, technical exploitation or coordinated manipulation campaigns.

• Prohibited conduct extends to attempts, facilitation, encouragement, or organisation of such activity.

• DETECTION, MONITORING, AND INTEGRITY CONTROLS

• The Company may implement technical, operational, behavioural, analytical, manual, and automated controls to preserve Competition integrity.

• Integrity measures may include risk scoring, velocity monitoring, pattern detection, account analysis, transaction analysis, verification procedures, manual review or system controls.

• Monitoring may occur before, during, or after Competition periods.

• Integrity reviews may continue after provisional results are announced.

• INVESTIGATION POWERS

• The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity.

• Investigations may involve account review, identity verification, payment review, device analysis, engagement review or operational assessment.

• The Company shall not be required to disclose fraud detection methodologies or investigative thresholds.

• CONSEQUENCES OF MANIPULATION

• Where the Company reasonably determines that conduct has compromised, attempted to compromise, or created material risk to voting integrity, the Company may take corrective or enforcement measures.

• Such measures may include suspension of voting rights, invalidation of affected Votes, temporary or permanent account restrictions, participant disqualification, adjustment of rankings, prize withholding, cancellation of audience privileges, removal of content, restriction of access to future Competitions, recovery of improperly obtained benefits, and any other reasonable action necessary to preserve integrity.

• The Company may act before completion of an investigation where immediate intervention is reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain fairness, preserve evidence, or prevent continued abuse.

• Enforcement decisions shall be made having regard to the nature of the conduct, operational impact, available evidence, severity of risk, previous behaviour, and applicable legal obligations.

• VOTE INVALIDATION AND RESULT CORRECTIONS

• The Company reserves the right to invalidate, exclude, discount, recalculate, adjust, reverse, or remove Votes where there are reasonable grounds to believe that voting activity does not accurately reflect legitimate participation.

• Votes may be affected where irregular patterns, automated activity, coordinated manipulation, technical anomalies, identity concerns, payment irregularities, duplicate activity, system abuse, or operational errors are identified.

• Where adjustment of results becomes necessary, the Company may update rankings, revise outcomes, amend progression decisions, or implement remedial measures designed to preserve Competition integrity.

• The Company shall not be obligated to publicly disclose internal methodologies used in validating or adjusting Votes.

• CONTESTANT RESPONSIBILITY

• Contestants remain responsible for ensuring that promotional activities conducted on their behalf do not undermine the integrity of Competitions. • Contestants shall not procure, encourage, purchase, coordinate, facilitate, or benefit from manipulation activity.

• Contestants may be held responsible where manipulation activity is reasonably connected to persons acting under their direction, encouragement, instruction, sponsorship, or influence.

• Contestants shall promptly notify the Company if they become aware of activity that may compromise Competition integrity.

• AUDIENCE CONDUCT AND ENGAGEMENT STANDARDS

• Audience engagement is intended to support fair participation and community interaction.

• Users shall not engage in conduct designed to harass contestants, spread misinformation, interfere with Competition administration, damage confidence in voting outcomes, or create artificial narratives regarding results.

• Public campaigns encouraging unlawful manipulation, payment abuse, mass account creation, false reporting, coordinated attacks, or platform disruption may result in enforcement action.

• The Company may moderate audience interactions where reasonably necessary to preserve operational integrity.

• PAID VOTING AND FINANCIAL SAFEGUARDS

• Certain Competitions may permit paid voting or other monetised audience participation mechanisms.

• Payment for Votes shall not constitute gambling, wagering, betting, investment activity, guaranteed influence over outcomes, or entitlement to prizes.

• Paid participation does not guarantee that Votes will remain valid where manipulation, fraud, abuse, technical irregularity, or compliance concerns are identified.

• Financial activity connected with voting may be subject to KYC, fraud prevention measures, transaction monitoring, payment verification procedures, refund restrictions, and applicable financial controls.

• Refund eligibility relating to voting activity shall be governed by the Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• AUDIT, RECOUNT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS

• The Company reserves the right to conduct internal reviews, integrity checks, recount procedures, operational audits, and verification exercises before confirming Competition outcomes.

• Reviews may occur before publication of results or after publication where new information becomes available.

• The Company may delay announcements, postpone releases, or suspend declarations while integrity reviews remain ongoing.

• Audit outcomes determined in accordance with Platform procedures shall be binding except where Applicable Laws require otherwise.

• RESULT ADMINISTRATION AND FINALITY

• Competition outcomes shall only become final when formally confirmed by the Company.

• Provisional rankings, live score displays, interim statistics, public engagement metrics, estimated vote counts, or unofficial announcements shall not create enforceable rights.

• Administrative corrections, recalculations, verification outcomes, integrity reviews, technical remediation, and dispute outcomes may affect final results.

• APPEALS AND REVIEW REQUESTS

• Participants or users who wish to challenge a voting decision may submit a written request through approved channels.

• Submission of a request does not suspend implementation of decisions unless otherwise approved.

• The Company may determine the information required to assess review requests.

• Decisions reached following internal review shall be treated as final except where Applicable Laws require escalation.

• DATA USE AND OPERATIONAL ANALYTICS

• Voting activity may generate operational information used for integrity monitoring, analytics, fraud prevention, audience measurement, Competition administration, service improvement, and regulatory compliance.

• Such information shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

• Aggregated and de-identified information may be used to improve voting systems and operational performance.

• INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE

• Voting mechanisms may operate differently across jurisdictions due to legal, operational, payment, consumer protection, advertising, competition, privacy, and platform requirements.

• The Company may impose territorial restrictions or implement localised controls where reasonably necessary.

• Users remain responsible for understanding whether participation is permitted within their jurisdiction.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, reputational, opportunity-based, consequential, or speculative losses arising from voting activity or Competition outcomes.

• Nothing in this Policy excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

• GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• The Parties shall use their best efforts to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy amicably through good faith negotiations.

• Where negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) days after written notification of the dispute, either Party may refer the matter to mediation.

• Mediation shall be conducted in Lagos State, under the applicable rules and procedures of the Lagos Multi Door Courthouse (LMDC) or such other mediation framework as the Parties may mutually agree in writing.

• If mediation is unsuccessful or the dispute remains unresolved within thirty (30) days from commencement of mediation, either Party may commence proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria.

• Nothing in this clause prevents the Company from taking urgent action to preserve integrity, prevent fraud, enforce rights, or protect operations.

• AMENDMENTS

• The Company may amend this Policy where reasonably necessary to reflect legal requirements, Competition changes, operational improvements, security measures, integrity controls, or business developments.

• Continued participation after implementation of amendments constitutes acceptance unless Applicable Laws require further consent.

• ACCEPTANCE

By registering, participating in voting activities, engaging with Competition features, making payments connected to voting, interacting with rankings, or otherwise using voting functionality, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy.
