• SEVERABILITY

• If any provision of this Notice is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions.

• The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to preserve the original commercial and legal intent of this Notice.
